Parties and roles
Investigative services are performed by Get Smart Private Investigations, Florida Class A agency license A 3400266. The Risk Intelligence Group ("Risk Intell Group") provides technology, intake, administrative coordination, payment processing, report formatting, secure delivery and scheduling support. Risk Intell Group does not perform private investigations or independently make investigative findings.
Agency acceptance
Submission of an intake does not create an accepted investigative assignment. The licensed agency may accept, decline or request clarification based on the stated purpose, available identifying information, applicable law, source restrictions and the requested scope.
Scope
The accepted order identifies the categories the licensed agency will review. Availability varies by subject, jurisdiction, lawful access, source restrictions and the information supplied by the customer. A listed category may produce no qualifying record, may be unavailable, may fall outside the permitted scope, or may require further verification. The service does not guarantee that any particular record or adverse finding exists or will be located.
Prohibited uses
The service is offered only for the lawful private-investigative purpose stated in the accepted order. The report may not be used, furnished or relied upon, in whole or in part, to make or assist a decision concerning employment; housing or tenancy; credit, lending, account review or debt-collection eligibility; insurance underwriting, rating or eligibility; government-license or benefit eligibility; or any other decision governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar state law. The report may not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate or unlawfully locate or confront another person, or to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, communications or devices.
Report limitations
Investigative databases, public records and other sources may contain incomplete, delayed, incorrect or mismatched information. Material adverse findings are reviewed by the licensed agency and, where appropriate and reasonably available, verified against the relevant court, registry, licensing authority or other primary source before being presented as a verified finding. The report is not a certification that a person is safe, trustworthy, free of undiscovered records, financially sound, single, employed or free from fraud.
Consultation
One scheduled 15-minute findings review with a licensed private investigator is included. One reschedule is permitted. If the customer does not attend the scheduled consultation after the permitted reschedule opportunity, delivery of the report remains complete.
Further work
Surveillance, field investigation, asset investigation, deeper court research, location work, TSCM, interviews or other investigative activity beyond the accepted report scope requires a separate written work order and separate authorization before work begins.
Customer restrictions
The report is provided only for the customer's stated lawful purpose. The customer may not publish the report, post it publicly, resell it, use it to harass or intimidate the subject, or use it for a prohibited eligibility decision.
Correction procedure
If the customer identifies a specific factual error or possible identity mismatch, the customer may submit supporting information for agency review. The licensed agency will determine whether the finding should be confirmed, clarified, corrected or withdrawn. Any corrected report will be versioned and the prior version preserved in the agency file.
Electronic acceptance
The customer agrees to conduct the transaction electronically and understands that checking the required boxes and submitting the order constitutes the customer's electronic acceptance of the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, stated-purpose certification and order scope.
